Host a fundraiser at B.C.G. or any of the EAT Restaurants Concepts and receive 20% of sales towards your cause!

1. Book your fundraiser at least two weeks in advance by filling out the form below.
2. We’ll provide you with specially marked flyers to promote your event. Hand them out to friends, family, teammates, classmates or coworkers. (As a courtesy to our customers, we ask that you not distribute flyers in front of or inside your local Burger City Grill.)
3. Your organization will be credited for each order placed using one of your flyers. (In-store and take out orders only, please; flyers may not be used for deliveries.)
4. Once your event is over, we’ll email you a tally with the final amount within 48 hours.
5. You’ll receive a check for 20% of the pre-tax proceeds four to six weeks later.
